JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Executive will support the company’s growth by driving inbound and outbound marketing efforts, creating lead-generating campaigns, and working closely with sales and external partners. This role is responsible for managing a variety of tasks, from content creation to campaign management, and will collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed successfully. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in a growing company. You’ll have the chance to shape and drive marketing initiatives from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership, including the CRO, to influence strategy and see the results of your efforts first hand. The variety in this role, from creating engaging content and managing campaigns to collaborating with sales and external partners, means no two days are the same. - Design and manage marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for the sales team. Utilise both inbound and outbound strategies to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, PPC). Regularly monitor performance and make adjustments to improve results.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Oversee the company’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and proactive engagement to build the brand and drive traffic.
- Help organize and promote events such as webinars, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Assist with event logistics and post-event follow-ups to maximize lead generation.
- Analyse campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize future campaigns.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategy and ensure the company’s messaging stays relevant and competitive.
- Monitor website traffic and SEO performance. Work to improve site visibility and ensure that the website converts visitors into qualified leads for the sales team.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand by ensuring all marketing activities, messaging, and materials are consistent and aligned with company values and objectives.
- Operate marketing functions under an agreed and specific budget. Compile and negotiate an annual marketing budget in line with the anticipated needs of the business.
